Job Title: Hair Transplantation Surgeon

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Consultation and Diagnosis:

- Conduct thorough consultations to evaluate patients’ hair loss conditions.
- Recommend suitable treatment plans, including surgical and non-surgical options.

2. Surgical Hair Restoration:

- Perform hair transplantation procedures such as FUE ,DHI and FUT with precision.
- Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and medical protocols during surgeries.
- Oversee the preparation, extraction, and implantation of hair follicles.

3. Patient Care:

- Provide pre
- and post-operative care instructions to patients.
- Address patient concerns and monitor progress during recovery.

4. Team Collaboration:

- Supervise and train the medical team and technicians involved in procedures.
- Collaborate with dermatologists and other specialists for comprehensive care.

5. Research and Development:

- Stay updated on advancements in hair restoration techniques and technologies.
- Participate in conferences, workshops, and other professional development activities.

Qualifications and Skills:

- MBBS degree with a specialization in Dermatology, Plastic Surgery, or related field.
- Board certification and a valid medical license.
- Proven experience in hair transplantation procedures (FUE/FUT/ DHI).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Empathy and ability to provide personalized care to patients.

Work Environment:

- Modern clinic setting with state-of-the-art equipment.
- Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
- Regular work hours with occasional flexibility for patient needs.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with robotic hair transplantation systems.
- Knowledge of PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) therapy

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
