**Technical skills**

A) **Hardware Break fix Support**:

- Strong break fix support capability on Printers/MFP/Scanners on HP/Ricoh Brands
- Having worked on models like HP CLJ M880z / M775 / HP M425/426 MFP’s & Ricoh MP3054/4054 series / MPC3003 series / MPC3004 series, IM Series both printers/ MFP’s
- Having worked on Ricoh / HP Wide Format Plotters
- Hands-on experience in Production Printer, preferably Ricoh Brand

B) **Configuration skill sets**:

- Familiar in Firmware upgrades for both HP & Ricoh Brands
- Print Driver deployment in network environment
- Familiarity in basic network concepts

C) **Fleet Management / Device Management Software Tools**:

- Familiarity in Device management software like HP Webjet Admin, Smart Net Monitor, DMNX, SLNX, FM Audit etc

D) **Print Management / User Management Solutions SW Tools**:

- Formal certifications in any of the above will be an added advantage

E) **Helpdesk Management**:

- Capable of handling remote sessions with users on Anydesk, Team Viewer etc
- Having handled large user environment
- ITIL Certification will be an added advantage

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
