- Coordinate with teams to ensure timely completion of tasks and joining formalities, attendance collection, invoice processing.
- Communicate operational updates to relevant stakeholders.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of operational procedures.
- Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and analyze operational metrics.
- **Resource Management**:

- Assist in the allocation and utilization of resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure adequate supplies.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Implement and monitor quality control processes to ensure that products or services meet established standards.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to address and resolve quality issues.
- **Client Service**:

- Collaborate with customer service teams to address customer inquiries and concerns related to operations.
- Work towards enhancing the overall customer experience through efficient operational processes.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline Operations Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in operations coordination or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in using relevant software and tools for project management and reporting.

The Operations Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the organization runs efficiently and achieves its operational objectives. The ability to collaborate with diverse teams, analyze data, and implement effective solutions is key to success in this role.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
