**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Engagement**: Welcome, assist, and engage every client with warmth, professionalism, and refined product knowledge.
- **Sales Excellence**: Achieve and exceed individual sales targets while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- **Brand Experience**: Deliver an exceptional and personalized luxury experience aligned with brand values and aesthetics.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and loyalty.
- **Product Expertise**: Develop in-depth knowledge of the brand’s collections, craftsmanship, and heritage to confidently guide client decisions.
- **Visual Presentation**: Maintain impeccable store presentation and assist with visual merchandising standards.
- **Operations Support**: Support daily store operations including billing, inventory checks, and coordination with the store management team.
- **Airport Compliance**: Adhere to airport protocols and operational standards specific to the retail environment at Terminal 2.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 3-6 years of experience in **luxury retail**, preferably in **ethnic wear, fine jewellery, or high-end fashion/accessories**.
- **Client Handling**: Proven track record of managing HNI and international clientele with grace and discretion.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; multilingual ability is an advantage.
- **Presentation**: Impeccable grooming, demeanor, and understanding of luxury service standards.
- **Team Orientation**: Positive attitude with the ability to work collaboratively within a high-performing team.
- **Flexibility**: Comfortable working in an airport retail environment with rotational shifts.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month

- Bachelor's (preferred)
