We are looking for Salesforce Business Development Manager with knowledge in the function & customization of Salesforce Software. He/she will play the key role in analyzing the business requirements and coordinating between Clients and Technical Team. An ideal Salesforce professional with a credible experience will help the company to implement and administer Salesforce.

**Responsibilities**:
It can be about Planning, implementing and maintaining the organization’s relationship with its customers. Also responsible for providing effective training to his clients to make them aware of Salesforce’s proper functioning and giving them the best business solutions.
- Communicating with clients and Technical project managers to understand business requirements;
- Soliciting, gathering and analyzing client input and requirements;
- Working alongside the technical team to design and document data-driven software solutions and data flows to meet these requirements;
- Planning the development of high-quality software within a given time-frame, budget and guidelines;
- Implement with software testing to ensure solutions meet required standards;
- Authoring requirements, definition and related documentation;
- End to end coordination in the project development.

**Required Skills**:

- Proven work experience in Business Development
- Understanding of software development methodologies,
- Experience in utilizing Salesforce or similar CRM Products to create customer or business arrangements
- Hands-on experience in designing Salesforce or comparable CRM Product, including work processes, approval principles, and security controls
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio;
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills;
- Excellent problem solving & Time Management skills;
- Excellent client relation & lead generation skils;
- Salesforce Admin Certification or one or more Consulting Cloud Certification such as (Sales, Service or Community)
- Master in Business Adminstration
