Cashier (Male/female)

**Job description**:
**Requirement and skills**:
Ø Handle cash, credit, or check transactions with customers

Ø Scan goods and collect payments

Ø Ensure pricing Is correct

Ø Issue change, receipts, refund s, or tickets

Ø Redeem stamps and coupons

Ø Count money in cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change

Ø Make sales referrals, cross -sell products, and introduce new ones

Ø Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information

Ø Bag items carefully

Ø Greet customers when entering or leaving establishment

Ø Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas

Ø Keep reports of transactions

Ø Process returns and check to see if items are damaged

Ø Answer customers’ questions and get a manager if answer doesn’t solve the issue

Ø Bag, box or wrap package

Ø Provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction
