**Job Title: BPO Recruiter**

**Location: Seawoods, Navi Mumbai**

As a BPO Recruiter at Evertiz Solutions, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our growing operations. Based in Seawoods, Navi Mumbai, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR partners to fulfill staffing needs and ensure a seamless recruitment process.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Interview Coordination**: Schedule and facilitate interviews with hiring managers and coordinate feedback sessions.

**Offer Management**: Negotiate salary offers and coordinate the hiring process, including background checks and onboarding activities.

**Employer Branding**: Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice in the BPO industry.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the BPO or outsourcing industry.

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
