**Job Summary**:
The Collection Executive is responsible for managing and executing debt recovery processes. This role involves contacting clients for payment follow-ups, maintaining accurate records of transactions, and ensuring timely collections to support the company's cash flow.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Negotiate and resolve payment issues in a professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of collection efforts and payments received.
- Generate and submit regular reports on collection status to management.
- Coordinate with the sales and finance teams to resolve billing disputes.
- Identify high-risk accounts and escalate them for further action.
- Adhere to company policies and legal regulations regarding debt collection.
- Meet monthly and quarterly collection targets.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in debt collection or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of relevant legal guidelines and regulations is a plus.
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Weekend availability
