**Salary**: ₹15,000-₹18,000

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and ensure the safety of children at all times.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities (games, arts & crafts, storytelling, music, etc.).
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child’s progress and well-being.
- Follow daily schedules and routines.
- Keep the classroom clean, organized, and engaging.
- Support children with basic needs such as feeding, diapering, and toileting (as needed).

**Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma (12th pass) or higher.
- Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
- Prior experience working with children (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, creativity, and a love for working with young children.
