Graphic Design Faculty

**About the Role**

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Graphic Design and Video Editing Faculty to join our growing institute at Arena Animation. This faculty member will play a key role in developing and delivering curriculum for both graphic design and video editing programs, while also inspiring and mentoring students.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and teach engaging courses in graphic design and video editing, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices.
- Create course materials, including lectures, assignments, and projects, that foster creativity, technical skills, and critical thinking in students.
- Provide individualized feedback and guidance to students, helping them develop their design and video editing portfolios.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest design software and video editing trends, incorporating them into the curriculum.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop a cohesive curriculum across the program.
- Maintain a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages student growth.
- May also be responsible for advising student organizations or participating in departmental committees.

**Qualifications**
- Master's degree in Graphic Design, Video Editing, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Minimum 3 years of experience teaching graphic design and/or video editing at the college level.
- Proven experience using industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and video editing techniques.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to create a dynamic and engaging learning environment.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience developing curriculum for graphic design and video editing programs.
- Professional experience in graphic design and/or video editing.
- Familiarity with current design trends and software.
- Experience using online learning management systems.

**To Apply**

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
