We’re looking for a Recruitment Sourcer who’ll take our sourcing strategies to the next level We need a smooth communicator with a great sense of people. A tactician, who will support development of talent pipelines. Someone, who will play in our team at one goal — to bring the world’s top A-Players to Revolut

Are you ready? ️

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Building and implementing sourcing strategies
- Helping to develop talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation, and sourcing campaigns
- Working with recruiters and hiring managers to help optimise sourcing efforts by leveraging data
- Implementing modern sourcing/recruiting methods

**What you'll need**:

- Agency or relevant in-house experience in sourcing top of the market talent in financial services or tech firms
- A deep understanding of the FS hiring landscape and complexity of global talent markets
- A results-driven approach with proven experience sourcing top talent at scale
- The ability to set priorities and take action facing competing demands
- Love for problem solving and working with data to make strategic and tactical decisions

**Compensation range**:

- Lithuania: €2,400 - €2,800 gross monthly*
- Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process
