**Job Description**:

- Collaborate with Business Analysts/Developers to understand client requirements
- Define test strategy and create QA / QC plans
- Define and execute QA activities as per QA/QC plans
- Communicate with project stakeholders about status, issues etc.
- Assist in resource management
- Lend expertise in test automation
- Ensure the quality of the individual / teams deliverables

Desired Profile:

- Have a minimum of 3 yrs experience in Software Quality Assurance.
- Be well versed with software testing lifecycle from test planning to sign-off.
- Have experience in various types of testing
- Have good problem solving and analytical skills.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Have extensive experience with test automation
- Be an ISQTB (preferably at advanced level, mínimal foundation level) or CSTE certified tester
- Have good people management skills
- Have ability and desire to work onsite at client locations if required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹180,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
