Position Overview:
As the E-commerce Data Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing our product data, ensuring accuracy and consistency across our online platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to enhancing our e-commerce operations. We are looking for an individual with advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills, a keen eye for detail, and a deep understanding of e-commerce processes.

**Responsibilities**:
Data Management:
Maintain and update product listings on our e-commerce platform.

Ensure product details, pricing, and availability are accurate and up-to-date.

Implement data quality control measures to minimize errors.

Advanced Excel and Google Sheets:
Utilize advanced functions and formulas to analyze and manipulate data effectively.

Create automated reports and dashboards for tracking e-commerce performance.

Develop and maintain data templates for various e-commerce processes.

E-commerce Operations:
Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize product listings for SEO.

Monitor and report on product sales, inventory levels, and customer reviews.

Assist in identifying trends and opportunities to improve the e-commerce customer experience.

Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with the product management team to introduce new products to the e-commerce platform.

Collaborate with customer service to address product-related inquiries and issues.

Support the finance team with data for financial reporting.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, E-commerce, or a related field.

Proven experience in data management and e-commerce operations.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) is a plus.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Detail-oriented and highly organized.
