**Key Responsibilities**:

- Simplify complex topics into easy-to-understand and visually appealing content to enhance student engagement.
- Stay updated with the NCERT syllabus to ensure the accuracy and relevance of content.
- Collaborate with the content team to script, storyboard, and edit videos that align with educational goals.
- Use creative techniques such as animations, illustrations, and interactive elements to make learning fun and effective.
- Continuously improve video creation processes based on student feedback and video performance.
- Maintain consistency in the style and presentation of videos to ensure a cohesive learning experience for students.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Mathematics, Science, or a related field.
- Experience in teaching or creating educational content for Classes IX to XII, with a strong understanding of the NCERT curriculum.
- Strong ability to break down complex concepts and present them in a visually engaging format.
- Excellent communication skills and an engaging on-camera presence.
- Familiarity with video creation and editing tools.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Previous experience in creating educational videos or digital content.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or other relevant tools.
- Creative approach to presenting educational content, using animations and graphics to enhance student understanding.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
