**Job Description**:
**Role & Responsibilities**
- ** Work closely with the product team to conceptualize product features for web and mobile.**
- ** Good at problem solving and finding solutions through design with keeping technology and business constraints in mind.**
- ** Communicate interaction design flows based on user journey’s to stakeholders.**
- ** Create user journey,user persona,user scenarios,user stories,page flows and translate them to wireframes that meet product feature goals.**
- ** Work closely with front-end engineers to ensure the user goals are met throughout the journey.**
- ** Conduct User Research and Experiments for new products, features and for enhancing the existing user experience.**
- ** Suggest interaction design variations to AB test various UI interactions.**
- ** Should be attentive to detail and organized to note product requirements and roadmaps.**
- ** Facilitate and lead design discussions with the product team and product stakeholders.**
- ** Offer creative solutions to product-related design/usability challenges, and expose usability problems.**

**Requirements**:

- ** Must have 1-2 years experience in designing enterprise B2B web and mobile apps.**
- ** Should have prior experience of solving problems using design.**
- ** Should have worked on data heavy UI.**
- ** Having UX certifications would be an advantage.**
- ** Should be excellent at communication, be able to explain ideas clearly.**
- ** Must be extremely proactive and self-starter.**
- ** Should be a team player.**
