- Segment response times to quickly identify problem sources and reduce resolution time.

**2. Transaction-Level Monitoring**
- Allow targeted monitoring for selected operations for better visibility and control.

**3. Baseline-Oriented Threshold Alerts**
- Help administrators detect and address issues proactively.

**4. Response Time Segmentation**
- Automatically categorize response time into:

- **Network**:

- **Server**:

- **Local Workstation**:

- Assist in pinpointing performance bottlenecks.

- Monitoring support includes:

- Oracle Forms 10g, 12.2.1.3
- Oracle SSO 10g, Oracle Access Manager 12.2.1.3
- Oracle Internet Directory (OID) 10g, 12.2.1.3
- Oracle Portal 10g, WebCenter Portal 12.2.1.3
- Oracle Reports 10g, 12.2.1.3

- Application shutdown and startup
- MIS report generation
- Load and performance monitoring

- Update SR and Incident tickets in **Symphony iServe Tool**

- Code backup

- Restarting services post-deployment
