**Job Title**: Sales Assistant

**Location**: Bangalore

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Sales Assistant to support our sales team in achieving their objectives and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations. This role involves coordinating sales activities, managing client interactions, and streamlining processes to enhance the overall effectiveness of the sales department.

**What you will be doing**:

- Assist the sales team by scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and ensuring they have up-to-date sales materials.
- Support the marketing team in executing new campaigns.
- Accurately record customer inquiries and orders in the CRM system while maintaining compliance with customer requirements.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless communication and efficient handling of sales, marketing, and delivery processes.
- Maintain organized sales records and documentation.
- Address customer complaints and provide after-sales support as needed.
- Prepare and submit reports as requested by management.

**What we are looking for**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- At least 6 months of experience in sales.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent telephone etiquette with the ability to establish rapport with clients.
- A basic understanding of legal concepts and familiarity with the legal industry is an advantage.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive in addressing challenges.
- Must have access to a personal laptop.
