Uniride Honda is a leading automobile dealership specializing in two-wheelers, committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality vehicles. We are currently seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team.
**Position Summary**
The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for our customers and visitors. This role involves managing front-desk operations, coordinating with the sales and service teams, and ensuring seamless communication and follow-ups.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Front Desk Management**:
- Greet and welcome customers and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Handle incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and route calls to appropriate departments.
- **Customer Follow-ups**:
- Maintain records of customer inquiries and provide timely follow-ups.
- Coordinate with sales and service teams to update customers on their vehicle status, bookings, and deliveries.
- **Administrative Tasks**:
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Manage daily logs, appointment schedules, and correspondence.
- Update and manage customer databases.
- **Support Functions**:
- Assist customers with basic information about products, services, and offers.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
**Skills & Qualifications**
- Minimum qualification: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in reception/front desk roles (experience in the automobile industry is an advantage).
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in Malayalam; proficiency in English and Hindi is a plus.
