**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers or leads.
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries.
- Explain the product or service in detail and answer any questions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met or to convert leads into sales.
- Maintain records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
- Resolve complaints or escalate them to the relevant department.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and promotions.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
- Prior experience in **telecalling, telesales, or customer service** is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in **English language**:

- Basic computer skills and experience with CRM tools is an advantage.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Active listening and empathy.
- Ability to work independently or in a team.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
