- **_Position - _**Service Desk Support Engineer (Navi Mumbai).

**Detailed description for technical support**

1. First point of receiving problem calls from the Retail outlets

2. First diagnostic and troubleshooting of problem on Phone

3. Information collection on problem and possible cause of failure

4. Use on line Diagnostics tools to trouble shoot the problem

5. In case of failures escalate the problem to the Vendor / L2 /AMM as defined.

6. In case of warranty failures escalate to L2 to take up with OEM and expedite the rectification

7. Keep down time of the equipment to minimum

8. Maintain MTTR within specified SLA

9. Accurate guidance to field vendor engg. for carrying exact spare parts

10. Coordinate with handyman/ Vendor Field engg. staff to rectify problems reported

11. Coordinate with the OEM support offices on warranty replacements

12. Provide data for failure trends and analysis

13. Provide data for spares consumption pattern analysis

14. Provide MIS for Daily / Weekly / Monthly analysis of failures

15. MIS on efficiency of repairs

16. Work on smooth flow of information related to Technical upgrades to field

17. Identify and provide inputs for training needs of field staff to L2 team

18. Identify needs and provide data for preparation of simplified maintenance tools

21. Working with the rotational shifts 24/7.

**Salary**: ₹10,500.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
