Provide Leadership & People Management support to the Global Mobility Operations team
- Collaborate with Americas Global Mobility Operation team, Business Stakeholders, Human Resources Business Partners, managers and assignees to deliver world class end-to-end Global Mobility services
- Define the operational framework for the Global Mobility Operations team based upon the defined Global Mobility Framework
- Accountable for driving consistent, standardized, and efficient service delivery
- Establish and maintain case reporting, analytics and service level agreements for Global Mobility Operations.
- Ensure Human Resources systems (including Assignment Management Tools) are properly aligned and integrated in the management of mobility files
- Serve as a main point of contact and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholder groups and Global Mobility Teams spread across the Americas region
- Lead the Global Mobility Operations team and responsible for performance and talent management & succession planning
- Act as a collaborator with Global Mobility teams across the Americas region

**Primary Skills**:

- Significant experience in Global Mobility Operations including mobility process management, case management, mobility tools and methodologies, vendor initiation, immigration compliance and business enablement
- Experience of managing and engaging teams
- Evidence of collaboration and working within a diverse global team
- Have a firm understanding of how to create quality data analytics and dashboards

**Secondary Skills**:

- Communicate effectively at all levels - strong written and verbal communication skills including evidence of influencing skills
- Mastery of setting priorities and managing multiple deadlines in a dynamic and changing environment
- Ability to work in a team-driven environment as well as in an autonomous manner using initiative to complete task
- Strong problem-solving skills
