Office of Career Services (OCS) at O.P. Jindal Global University, is set up with a mandate to promote the professional careers of its students. OCS comprises students, faculty members, and professionals, who engage with students on multiple levels to assist in exploring career options and identify their interests; guide them in preparing for placement interviews and other career assessments; and facilitate in securing national and international internships & placements.

Requirements: An individual who has experience in placing students in programs like Journalism and Communication, Art and Architecture, Liberal arts and Humanities, Banking & Finance.

1. Develop and implement strategies for placement and internships while working closely on the aspiration of the students pertaining to the respected schools mentioned above.

2. Analyze placement and internship trends and identify areas to explore and nurture relationships with depending on the aspiration of the student

3. Meet the corporate partners, recruiters and industry professionals regularly pertaining to point no:2

4. Organize guest visits, guest lectures and recruitment drives for the School from the relevant organizations for Schools

5. Provide career counseling and guidance to the students with regular meetings

6. Organize workshops to enhance students employability

7. Oversee data management pertaining to placements and internships

8. Work closely with faculty members and alumni of the school

9. Ensure adherence to institutional policies and industry best practices

**Qualifications**:

- Master's Degree (preferred)

Experience: 5 - 10 years of experience in Placement Department

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
