**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Advice undergraduate and graduate level students on career development and on career paths after university graduation.
- Provide insights on useful coursework and degree programs supporting career aspirations.
- Offer focus and clarity to struggling students in selecting career paths and majors.
- Monitor students progress and report to determined potential problems.
- Prepare reports for Dean, Placement & Training on general issues to be addressed for improving overall academic & career performance.

**Educational Qualification**:
B. Sc or M. Sc (Any Specialization)

**Experience & Skill Set**:
At least 3 years of experience working with undergraduate and graduate level students in a university setting, providing career counselling.

Ability to remain neutral when dealing with sensitive situations.

Excellent tact, diplomacy and resolution skills.

Align with the vision and efforts of Placement & Training office.
