**2. Student Assessment & Performance Evaluation**:

- Conduct regular assessments, quizzes, and assignments to monitor student progress.
- Provide constructive feedback and work on individual learning needs.
- Prepare students for competitive exams, debates, and literary competitions.

**3. Classroom Management & Student Engagement**:

- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Encourage active participation in discussions, presentations, and creative writing.
- Foster a love for reading and literature among students.

**4. Co-curricular & Extracurricular Activities**:

- Organize literary events such as debates, poetry recitations, and essay competitions.
- Guide students in drama, storytelling, and creative writing clubs.
- Assist in school publications like magazines and newsletters.

**5. Parent & Stakeholder Interaction**:

- Communicate student progress and areas for improvement to parents.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings and school events.

**6. Professional Development & Collaboration**:

- Stay updated with modern teaching practices, educational technology, and literature trends.
- Attend workshops, seminars, and training programs for continuous learning.
- Collaborate with colleagues for interdisciplinary projects and curriculum development.
