About the Internship-:
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include-:
1-Handle outbound calling for customer service.

2-Build sustainable relationship and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
3-Identify and asses customer’s needs to achieve satisfaction.
4-Provide accurate,valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
5-Manage large amount of phone calls.

6-Coordinate with sales team to follow up on leads and close deals.

Qualifications & Requirements-:
1-Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.

2-Familiar with basic MS office(Ms excel, Ms word).

3- Graduation or equivalent.

4-Familiar with customer relationship concept and good listening skills.

5-Are available for duration of 2months.

Moxi Outsourcing has been offering types of assistance to its clients for over 8 years now. We provide lead generation service,booking appointments with b2c customers.The objective of our company is to provide good service so that customer can retain to us.
