**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Minimum education: 10th / 12th Pass (Graduate preferred but not mandatory)
- 0-2 years experience in retail, warehouse, or logistics operations
- Physically fit and able to lift medium-weight stock (up to 20kg)
- Basic understanding of inventory or packaging processes
- Familiarity with barcode scanning or stock entry apps is a bonus
- Ability to read and write in English and Hindi (additional local language preferred)

**Roles & Responsibilities:Inventory Handling**
- Receive, unload, and count incoming stock; report shortages or damages
- Assist in systematic shelf stocking as per product type/category
- Support periodic stock audits, tagging, and labeling with barcodes

**Order Fulfillment**
- Pick, pack, and prepare products accurately as per order sheets
- Ensure proper packaging to minimize breakage or damage during transit
- Coordinate with delivery partners for timely dispatch

**Store & Shelf Maintenance**
- Maintain cleanliness and organization across shelves, bins, and store area
- Rotate stock using FIFO method (First-In-First-Out)
- Report low stock or slow-moving inventory to Store Manager proactively

**Support Operations**
- Support online order management if needed (basic app usage like Shopify)
- Take ownership of keeping daily records updated (manual or app-based)
