**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Vendor Management**:

- Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers and vendors for CAPEX items (equipment, fixtures, systems, etc.)
- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, delivery timelines, and payment terms.
- Maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and ensure contract compliance.
- **Procurement Planning**:

- Collaborate with project teams, architects, and design consultants to understand CAPEX requirements for each site/project.
- Prepare procurement schedules in line with project timelines.
- Ensure timely ordering and delivery to meet project milestones.
- **Sourcing & Cost Optimization**:

- Identify alternative sourcing options to reduce procurement costs.
- Benchmark vendor quotes to ensure competitive pricing.
- Track market trends and price movements for high-ticket items.
- **Documentation & Compliance**:

- Create and manage purchase orders, delivery schedules, and invoices.
- Ensure compliance with internal procurement SOPs and client requirements.
- Maintain procurement MIS and reports for management review.
- **Inventory & Logistics Coordination**:

- Liaise with site and warehouse teams to monitor inventory levels and deliveries.
- Coordinate logistics for bulky CAPEX items ensuring damage-free and timely delivery.
- **Cross-Functional Coordination**:

- Work closely with Design, Project Execution, Finance, and QA/QC teams.
- Support cost estimation during bidding and tendering processes by providing vendor quotes and BOQs.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Education**: Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Supply Chain/Operations preferred.
- **Experience**: 3-6 years in procurement, with at least 2 years in CAPEX sourcing for interior/turnkey/construction industry.
- **Industry Exposure**: Interior fit-outs, construction, turnkey contracting, MEP, or real estate preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Strong negotiation and analytical skills
- Excellent knowledge of material specifications (modular furniture, HVAC, electricals, etc.)
- Proficient in MS Excel, ERP systems, and procurement software
- Strong communication and coordination abilities

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in working with design & build or general contracting firms
- Knowledge of vendor ecosystem across India for CAPEX items
- Understanding of regulatory and commercial documentation related to capital goods

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
