Service Advisor

A service advisor's responsibilities include:

- **Customer service**Greeting customers, answering their questions, and addressing their concerns.
- **Technical translation**Explaining complex vehicle issues to customers in a way they can understand.
- **Estimates**Providing cost estimates and timelines for repairs or maintenance.
- **Communication**Communicating repair updates to customers, and keeping them informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes.
- **Sales**Driving the sale of technicians' time to meet the department's sales forecast. This can include upselling additional services and products.
- **Customer satisfaction**Ensuring customer satisfaction through follow-up after completion of services.
- **Automotive knowledge**Using automotive knowledge when ordering parts, looking over documentation, or communicating with technicians.
- **Active listening**Paying close attention to what customers are saying and asking clarifying questions.
- **Positive attitude**Maintaining a positive and professional demeanor, even in challenging situations.

Pay: ₹9,774.20 - ₹25,140.97 per month
