Counter Staff

**What You'll Do**:

- Greet customers with a smile and take their orders.
- Help customers understand the menu and suggest items if needed.
- Handle billing (cash, card, UPI) and provide receipts.
- Pack and serve food for dine-in and take-away orders.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure quick service.
- Keep the counter and customer area clean and tidy.
- Restock items like tissues, packaging material, and condiments.
- Collect feedback from customers and report any complaints.
- Maintain daily sales records (if asked).
- Work as a team and support during busy hours.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Patiala, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
