We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced part-time DMS (Document Management System) with SAP S/4 HANA Trainer to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions to our clients or internal staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively utilize SAP S/4 HANA's Document Management capabilities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop comprehensive training materials, including presentations, manuals, and exercises, tailored to different user groups and skill levels.
- Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions either onsite or remotely, focusing on SAP S/4 HANA's Document Management functionalities.
- Provide hands-on support and guidance to trainees, addressing their questions and concerns to enhance their understanding.
- Customize training programs to align with specific business processes and requirements of our clients.
- Collaborate with project managers and implementation teams to identify training needs and coordinate training schedules accordingly.
- Stay updated on the latest features and updates in SAP S/4 HANA and DMS technologies to ensure training materials are current and relevant.
- Gather feedback from trainees to continuously improve training programs and materials.
- Assist in the development of certification programs or assessments to evaluate trainee proficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience working with SAP S/4 HANA, specifically in Document Management System (DMS) module.
- Strong understanding of Document Management best practices and principles.
- Previous experience delivering training sessions or workshops, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
- Proficiency in creating training materials using Microsoft Office or other relevant tools.
- Ability to adapt training content to different audiences and learning styles.
- Flexibility to travel occasionally for onsite training sessions (if required).
- SAP certification or relevant training certifications would be a plus.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
