Title**:Import Executive**
Experience: Minimum 2 years

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Import Operations**:

- Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers for timely import clearance.
- Prepare and manage import documents such as:

- Purchase Orders (PO)
- Bills of Lading
- Commercial Invoices
- Packing Lists
- Bank documentation for LC/advance payment
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery.
- Handle duty payments, customs clearance, and liaise with CHA agents.
- Maintain import data and documentation for audits.

**Accounts Responsibilities**:

- Record and reconcile import-related transactions in Tally/ERP.
- Process vendor bills and ensure timely payments.
- Assist with monthly GST returns and TDS compliance.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable ledgers.
- Assist in internal and statutory audits.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
