**PURPOSE OF THE POSITION**:
BIOTRONIK Medical Devices India is providing an internship opportunity for a role in Digital Marketing. The intern is responsible for implementing a mix of digital communication strategies and tactics that helps drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions to support BIOTRONIK Medical Devices India positioning and marketing goals. The intern will contribute to the creation of content along with sales & marketing teams to populate media channels for both internal and external audiences, as well as delivering periodic digital webinar / expert sessions.

**ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS**:
**Main Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with the customers and sales team to develop creative campaign concepts for internal and external communications that convey messages that are clear, short, and attractive to the targeted audiences.
- Responsible for the day-to-day coordination, execution, and management of the overall content schedules for various digital marketing projects as per marketing calendar.
- Planning, producing, scheduling, and publishing, and/or distributing written or audiovisual content.
- Conducting research, running surveys and focus groups to gather actionable information to effectively distribute digital marketing communications to customers.
- Deliver reports on user activity of social media sites, in order to feed the KPIs established for the department.
- Laying out ads and placement strategies ensuring appropriate setup, pacing, and optimization of campaigns.
- Build reports on campaign performance, providing internal and client teams with insights or optimization recommendations.

**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS**

**Education**:

- Graduate or senior year student of Digital Marketing, Communication, or related fields.

**Skills**:

- Ability to develop and maintain positive business relationships and foster an environment of mutual respect, understanding, trust, and support
- Ability to anticipate and respond to the needs of stakeholders (e.g., internal and external customers, etc.) in a timely manner
- Ability to effectively prioritize work
- Ability to convey clear, concise information in verbal, written, electronic, and other communication formats; and to demonstrate active listening while engaging others
- Ability to meet deadlines and quality standards across a deadline-driven environment that requires attention to detail and big picture thinking
- Experience working with digital tools, brands and market communication is a plus.

**Knowledge**:

- Knowledge of traditional and digital communications strategies
- Knowledge in community management (social networks)
- Knowledge about the social media landscape Twitter, Linked In, able to keep up-to-date on platform developments, Spreadsheets, Docs, Slides, MS Office
- Use of camera and general knowledge of photography and image processing
