**Location **-Dhanbad, Jharkhand

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct project administration duties including the coordination of events, event planning, participant invites and registrations, materials preparation, materials distribution and all tracking of event details.
- Maintain records of all documents and correspondence related to projects.
- Initiate project activities.
- Produce, review and distribute reports.
- Support Project Coordinator to deliver on time & on budget.
- Act as a point of contact for beneficiaries & other stake holders.
- Gather and analyze information to support project development and project implementation
- Building a team of volunteers, paid interns and full time team.
- Partnership Management - Develop and manage partnerships with Schools, Colleges, social sector organizations, Colleges/ Institutions/ Universities, NGO, government agencies bodies etc.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Graduation
- 2yr of exp is preferred
- Strong communication skills.
- Organizational skills, including an ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Excellent computer skills
- Reporting skills
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Flexible, highly motivated self-starter.
- Fluency in written and spoken local languages

**Salary**: Up to ₹14,000.00 per month

( Compensation package will be in line with qualification, experience & last drawn salary drawn)
