**Job Description** Job Summary**
We are looking for an individual to oversee day-to-day production operations, including guiding and coaching employees, ensuring equipment safety and maintenance, and executing batch manufacturing and packaging activities. Responsibilities also include documentation review, maintaining product quality, coordinating training, conducting initial incident investigations, and managing process orders.
- ** Responsibilities**

**Production Objectives**:

- Execution of production plan to ensure the on-time deliveries.
- Ensure the Safety of the plant and persons at all the times,
- To ensure that compliance (regulatory, statutory and legal) are understood, implemented and monitored in a daily basis to comply at all the times.

***Operational Objectives**:

- Production of goods as per approved BPR.
- Improve productivity and ensure optimal utilization of resources.
- Providing information to PPIC to create the process orders as per production plan.
- Indenting of Batch Production Records, ECRs and raw materials based on the process orders.
- Improve quality - both in processes and finished goods.
- Ensure the proper handling of raw materials, storage, monitoring etc., of inventories as per SOP in the shift.
- Participate in product failure/deviations and take necessary corrections, corrective actions and preventive actions.
- Ensure to smooth functioning of batches with safety and quality and correct punching of ML and out put’s.
- Ensure to stocks are matching with SAP quantities.
- Actively participate in all the Audits like Customer Audit, Stock Audit, Internal Audit and Regulatory audits.
- Timely respond to all the observations from audits, IPQA rounds, Gemba walks and ensure to close all the points as per the time lines.
- If any issues, inform to the HOD for further actions and resolve with the coordination of all the cross function team.
- Reduce utility and power consumption as per site target.
- Ensure the department consumables and that are met the budget targets.
- Ensure the completion of preventive maintenance in coordination with ESD.
- Ensure discipline and adherence to SOP’s in his area.
- Ensure documentation in line with the site and global SOP’s.
- Plan for disposal of production related waste generated in the department.
- Ensure training objectives are met in the department.
- To ensure that all site objectives for SHE are met.
- Liasioning with peers.
- Ensure safety in the shift and within the premises.
- Support in raising change notifications, incidents and providing supporting data as and when required to HOD.
- Support in preparation & review of incident investigation reports and quality equivalence reports and closing the incidents.
- Support in preparation, reviewing the cleaning validation Protocols, Equipment cleaning records and Report.
- Preparation of General study protocols and reports whenever required.

***People Objectives**:

- Attending to the cGMP / SOP / other training sessions as per requirement to u
