Job Title: Recruiter - Out of Hours (OOH) UK

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategies to attract top talent outside of standard working hours.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and advise on appropriate recruitment strategies.
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of their recruitment campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activity, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and company policies.
- Continually review and improve the recruitment process to ensure that it is efficient and effective.
- Represent the company at recruitment events, promoting the organization as an employer of choice.

**Salary**: Up to ₹30,012.46 per month
