**Job Title**: Data & MIS Executive

**6-day working**

We are seeking a proactive **Data & MIS Executive** to join ANSA Interiors, a leading full-service architecture & interior design consultancy in Delhi NCR.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and manage the firm’s data—project details, client information, budgets, timelines, vendor lists, design specifications and site progress.
- Develop, update and maintain accurate MIS (Management Information System) reports, dashboards and trackers (Excel/Google Sheets/Power BI) on project status, inventory, cost variances, vendor performance and site progress.
- Generate and distribute weekly/monthly reports to the senior management—highlighting key metrics, trends, risks and opportunities.
- Collaborate with design, procurement, site and finance teams to ensure data integrity, timely updates and process standardisation.
- Ensure all project files, contracts, drawings, site logs and vendor documents are correctly indexed, archived and easily retrievable.
- Support process improvement - identify data bottlenecks, suggest enhancements to workflows, automate manual tasks (macros, templates) and enforce data governance.
- Assist in forecasting, budget tracking and vendor/sub-vendor database management.
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance of all data, reports and client information.
- **Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or equivalent.**:

- **4-10 years of experience in data management, MIS reporting, analytics or operations—preferably within interior design, architecture, construction or facility management.**:

- **Strong Excel skills, comfortable with pivot tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards; exposure to Power BI/Tableau is a plus.**:

- Excellent communication skills (English + Hindi), strong attention to detail and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects/data sets simultaneously, meet deadlines in a 6-day work schedule.
- Willing to work from the office at Mayapuri Phase I, New Delhi.
