Responsibilities and Skills:

- Hands-on experience in prompt engineering for generative AI models
- Familiarity with GPT (Generative Pre-trained Transformer) models and their variants
- Develop and engineer creative/effective prompts for generative AI models.
- Optimize prompt structures to achieve specific objectives, balancing creativity and precision in generated content.
- Design algorithms and methodologies for prompt-based generative AI systems, focusing on improving output quality and efficiency.
- Offer guidance and insights to machine learning engineers and data scientists to refine prompt-driven AI solutions.
- Evaluate generative AI model outputs using established metrics and iterate on prompt designs to enhance results continually.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in generative AI and prompt engineering techniques.
- Conduct research to explore novel approaches, experimenting with emerging models and methodologies.

Tech Qualifications:
6-8 years experience in python, generative AI

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.

In-depth knowledge of foundation models, especially in text and image generation.
- Strong understanding of natural language processing, semantic analysis, and contextual nuances in language.
- Experience with machine learning concepts, algorithms, and model evaluation techniques.

Experience with Microsoft Azure OpenAI

Strong experience in RAG (retrieval, augmented generation)
