**Key Responsibilities:1. Academic Instruction**
- Design engaging and age-appropriate lesson plans to meet the educational needs of the students.
- Monitor and evaluate student performance through assignments, quizzes, and projects, providing constructive feedback.

**2. Student Development**
- Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive homeroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration.
- Support the personal, social, and emotional well-being of each student.
- Promote core values such as responsibility, empathy, and respect among students.

**3. Classroom Management**
- Establish and enforce clear classroom rules to maintain discipline and order.
- Ensure the classroom is well-organized, resourceful, and conducive to learning.
- Address and resolve conflicts or behavioral issues promptly and effectively.

**4. Communication and Liaison**
- Act as the main point of contact for parents regarding their child’s progress, behavior, and overall development.
- Conduct regular parent-teacher conferences and send timely updates about classroom activities and events.

**5. Administrative Duties**
- Take daily attendance and ensure accurate record-keeping for the assigned homeroom.
- Organize and oversee class activities, events, and field trips.
- Prepare progress reports, report cards, and other necessary documentation.

**6. School Community Involvement**
- Encourage student participation in school activities such as assemblies, sports, and cultural events.
- Foster a sense of community and belonging among students.
- Actively participate in staff meetings, training programs, and professional development workshops.

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
