- Assess clients’ fitness levels and health conditions.
- Design personalized workout programs and fitness routines.
- Demonstrate correct exercise techniques and ensure safety during workouts.
- Motivate and monitor members to achieve fitness goals.
- Maintain gym equipment and ensure cleanliness of the workout area.
- Conduct group fitness sessions (if required).
- Track clients’ progress and make necessary program adjustments.
- Provide basic nutrition and lifestyle guidance to support fitness objectives.
- Stay updated with the latest fitness trends and techniques.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Gym Trainer or Fitness Instructor.
- Certification in Fitness Training (ACE, ISSA, NSCA, or equivalent preferred).
- Strong knowledge of exercise physiology, nutrition, and fitness equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire clients.
- Physically fit and able to demonstrate exercises effectively.
