**What you will do**:
**In a typical day as a Solution Architect, you would**:

- Works closely with product management and solution team to lead architecture, design and development of Charging/Mediation and Digital Identity products and solutions
- Collaborate with peer Architects across various geographical teams to define product requirements that address market opportunities.
- Be part of agile development activities to deliver product increments and collaborate with product owners and product management team on new product requirements grooming
- Analyse the requirements and determine product configuration, programming, and integration activities required based on general objectives and knowledge of overall architecture of products or solutions.
- Works on development of telecom solutions by integrating multiple products utilizing the capabilities of those products
- Leverage knowledge of networking: Protocols(Diameter, Radius, SOAP/HTTP, SMPP etc.), distributed systems, network security and high availability
- Work on Technologies / standards like 4G/5G, 3GPP, IMS, LTE etc.
- Responding to RFIs/RFPs/Compliances - Problem solving of Issues reported from Customers / Delivery teams / L2 support (Debugging, Quick Fix and Permanent Solution)
- Collaborate with sales, presales, solution architects, delivery teams to drive new innovations and customer requirements into product vision and roadmap
- Effectively communicating the status, issues, and risks in a timely manner to stakeholders.

**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent
- Typically 12+ years of relevant experience
- Telecom and networking experience (4G & 5G, 3GPP standards, Policy, Charging/Mediation and protocols)
- Experience in in developing and deploying microservices in Virtualized/Cloud environment (Red Hat OCP, AWS, Azure, GCP)

**Knowledge and Skills**:

- Proven track record of defining, architecting, and developing telecom solutions addressing complex scaling, high availability and performance requirements
- Experience in in developing and deploying microservices in Virtualized/Cloud environment (Red Hat OCP, AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Solid knowledge of telecom domain and protocols like Diameter, Radius and HTTP
- Worked on Technologies / standards like 4G/5G, 3GPP IMS and LTE
- Good understanding of 3GPP specification (Policy and Charging solution, CHF, PCF) and experience in building solutions in 4G/5G technologies
- Good knowledge of: Databases (JDBC, NoSQL, In-Memory, Grid) and Caching technologies
- Good knowledge of networking: Protocols, distributed systems, network security and high availability
- Experience with Agile methodologies, CI/CD and DevOps
- Hands-on experience in scripting/programming using Linux/Unix shell, Python, GO/Java
- Prior working experience in Sales life cycle - Responding to RFIs/RFPs/Compliances
- Experience in working with customers in both presales and delivery;
- Demonstrates ownership and assumes responsibility to drive resolution of issues;
- Excellent teaming skills: communication, coordination, responsibility, attention to detail, adaptability, initiative, positive influence;
- Ability to manage priorities and maintain engagement across a number of projects at various lifecycle phases;
