**Hiring for Customer Service Representative (Australian Process)**

Looking for someone who can join us on immediate basis

**Responsibilities**:
**Should possess excellent Voice English Communication skills.**
- Ability to handle difficult or irrate customers effectively
- Ability to set expectations and deliver information in a positive and articulate way
- Professional and positive in interactions with others and is able to establish rapport quickly
- This role involves developing strong customer relationships and responsible to resolve queries of the customers via Call within the assigned TAT/SLA.

**Need 6 months international voice experience**

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
