Position: Billing Engineer cum Quantity Surveyor

Location
- Odisha

Salary
- 25k to 30k (Negotiable)

Key Responsibilities:

- **Cost Estimation and Budgeting**:

- Develop detailed cost estimates, budgets, and financial plans for construction projects.
- Analyze project drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare accurate budget forecasts.
- Update and maintain cost databases and benchmarks.
- **Tendering and Procurement**:

- Prepare tender documents, bills of quantities, and other necessary documentation for procurement.
- Evaluate and analyze bids from subcontractors and suppliers.
- Assist in contract negotiations to secure favorable terms for the company.
- **Billing and Invoicing**:

- Prepare and submit interim and final bills to clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contracts.
- Manage invoicing processes, track payments, and follow up on outstanding invoices.
- Verify and certify bills received from subcontractors and suppliers.
- **Cost Control and Financial Reporting**:

- Monitor and control project costs to ensure they remain within budget.
- Track variations and change orders, updating project budgets as necessary.
- Provide regular financial reports and updates to management and stakeholders.
- **Risk Management**:

- Identify potential financial risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Advise on contractual claims and manage dispute resolutions.
- **Project Coordination and Documentation**:

- Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate and timely exchange of information.
- Maintain comprehensive records of all project-related documents, including contracts, invoices, and financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant standards, codes, and regulations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
