**Job Summary**:
The Loading Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the loading and unloading of materials, ensuring safe and efficient cargo handling, and maintaining coordination with warehouse and transport teams. The role requires close monitoring of daily logistics operations at the Angul location.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise loading and unloading activities at the warehouse, factory, or port.
- Ensure proper stacking and strapping of goods to prevent damage during transit.
- Coordinate with transporters, drivers, and warehouse staff for timely dispatch and delivery.
- Maintain loading logs and documentation, including gate pass and goods receipt note (GRN).
- Inspect cargo before and after loading for quantity and quality compliance.
- Ensure adherence to safety norms and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Minimize turnaround time for trucks and ensure efficient vehicle placement.
- Address any issues related to shortage, damage, or mismatch during loading.
- Liaise with the logistics coordinator or manager for daily scheduling and planning.
- Provide regular updates to the operations team regarding loading status.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in logistics or transport operations.
- Experience in handling EXIM (Export-Import) cargo is preferred.
- Knowledge of safety and compliance requirements for loading activities.
- Strong communication and team management skills.
- Familiarity with documentation like e-way bills, invoices, and LR (Lorry Receipt).
- Basic computer knowledge and report-making ability

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month
