Job Description:
**Job Title**: Marketing Executive

**Location**: Pune

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and execute digital & traditional marketing campaigns aligned with business goals.
- Conduct research to identify trends, customer insights, and competitive analysis.
- Collaborate on marketing materials, blog posts, and online content.
- Track campaign performance, analyze data, and suggest improvements.
- Work with sales, product, and creative teams to align marketing efforts with company objectives.

**Required Qualifications**:

- **Education**: BCom, BBA, or MBA in Marketing or related fields.
- **Experience**: 0-1 years of marketing experience (fresh graduates with internships are welcome).
- **Skills**: Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, social media platforms), strong communication, and analytical skills. Experience with CRM tools is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,970.81 - ₹35,076.65 per month
