No. Of Position: 04

Key Responsibilities:
Operate CNC turning machines for manufacturing precision components.

Set up machines including loading tools, setting tool offsets, and selecting appropriate programs.

Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.

Edit and modify CNC programs as required (FANUC/Siemens/Mazak controls, etc.).

Perform quality checks using precision measuring instruments (vernier caliper, micrometer, bore gauge, etc.).

Monitor machine operation and adjust parameters to ensure optimal output.

Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues on the machine.

Maintain production records and follow documentation protocols.

Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain cleanliness of the work area.

Coordinate with the quality and maintenance teams for continual improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / Production / Tool & Die or equivalent.

l2-5 years of hands-on experience in CNC turning operations.

Experience with CNC controls such as FANUC, Siemens, etc.

Knowledge of cutting tools, speeds & feeds, and insert selection.

Understanding of geometric tolerances and machining symbols.

Strong focus on quality and attention to detail.

Basic knowledge of CNC programming (G-code/M-code).
