**Job Summary**

The Skin Therapist is responsible for delivering professional skin care treatments and ensuring clients receive safe, effective, and personalized solutions for their skin concerns. The role requires expertise in skin analysis, treatment execution, and client education while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, service, and professionalism.

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Client Consultation & Assessment**
- Perform comprehensive skin analysis and document client history.
- Identify individual skin concerns and recommend suitable treatments.

**2. Treatment Delivery**
- Administer facials, medi-facials, peels, and other skin care therapies.
- Operate skincare devices (e.g., microdermabrasion, lasers, light therapies) if trained and certified.
- Ensure all treatments follow safety protocols and clinical guidelines.

**3. Client Education & Aftercare**
- Explain treatment benefits, precautions, and aftercare instructions.
- Recommend appropriate skin care products and regimens for home care.

**4. Clinic Hygiene & Compliance**
- Maintain a clean and sanitized treatment environment.
- Follow infection control, sterilization, and safety protocols.

**5. Documentation & Reporting**
- Maintain accurate client records, treatment history, and follow-ups.
- Report adverse reactions or client concerns to the dermatologist/manager.

**6. Professional Development**
- Participate in training, workshops, and certifications.
- Stay informed on skincare advancements, trends, and technologies.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Diploma / Certification in Cosmetology, Aesthetics, or related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in skin care or aesthetic treatments (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of skin types, conditions, and treatment modalities.
- Excellent communication and client service skills.
- Ability to work in a team and under dermatologist supervision.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
