**Key Responsibilities**:

- Enter, update, and maintain accurate records in the **SAP system**.
- Perform data entry tasks such as purchase orders, invoices, material data, sales data, or financial entries depending on department needs.
- Verify and validate data before entering it into the system.
- Coordinate with various departments to gather required information.
- Generate reports and extract data from SAP for management and audit purposes.
- Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of company data.
- Troubleshoot basic SAP data issues and escalate when needed.
- Perform regular data backups and support audits and compliance checks.

Requirements Skill:

- Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or similar position preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and data programs.
- Typing speed of at least 30-40 WPM with high accuracy.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
