Experience:

- 3-5 years of relevant experience in procurement or sourcing
- Experience in handling purchase requisitions, RFQs/RFPs, and vendor coordination

2. Industry Exposure:

- Preferred: FMCG, Manufacturing
- Exposure to indirect procurement (e.g., marketing, IT, admin, facility, services) is an added advantage

3. Education:

- Graduate (any discipline), MBA or diploma in Supply Chain/Materials Management is as added advantage

4. Skills:

- Good negotiation and communication skills
- Strong in Excel and working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Ariba/Ivalua, etc.)
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Ability to manage timelines and multiple priorities

5. Job Responsibilities (Indicative):

- Floating inquiries and collecting quotes from vendors
- Creating purchase orders and ensuring timely deliveries
- Coordinating with internal teams for specifications and approvals
- Vendor follow-ups and resolving supply-related issues
- Maintaining procurement records and MIS reports

7. Location & Availability:

- Work location: Bangalore
- Notice period: Immediate to 30 days preferred
