**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to drive sales
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable schemes
- Maintain an attractive and organized kiosk display
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- Collect and report customer feedback to improve offerings
- Replenish stock, ensure cleanliness and upkeep of the kiosk
- Handle customer queries and resolve minor complaints on the spot
- Coordinate with the backend team for stock or promotional material requirements
- Follow standard operating procedures and ensure brand compliance
- 1-3 years of experience in retail sales (mall or kiosk experience preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentable and confident in dealing with walk-in customers
- Ability to multitask and handle busy footfall
- Fluency in Marathi, English and Hindi
- Basic computer/POS knowledge
- Self-motivated, punctual, and a good team player
- Flexible to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays
