Activities:

- Operate and maintain electrical systems to ensure continuous power supply.
- Periodic tests of utilities to ensure power backups
- Periodical checking of all energy meters to ensure correct functioning and to show correct readings. The report of such inspection will be provided to facility manager
- Maintain all light fitting, electrical panels distribution boards and other connections in proper working condition.
- Resolve and update daily complaints.
- Follow up of all pending works.
- Maintain and to carry out minor repair of water line systems, pipes, valves, traps, drains and other plumbing fixtures and equipment in common area.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
